In recent years, Finley has become a popular tract. The original course, designed by George Cobb, wasn't built to accommodate the nearly 50,000 rounds being played there annually. Thanks to Tom Fazio's redesign, holes 12 through 18 present some incredible challenges. The course includes ponds and lakes, as well as rolling mounds and strategically placed bunkers that make Finley not only look different, but play different. This course is amazing for golfers of all skill levels. Par fives reachable in two, but severely punished if you miss the green. Par threes are short put also punishing. Fazio's false fronts and greenside bunkers make for a challenging second shot on all 4's, and 5's. Greens are soft and you can spin the ball like tiger woods.
